If you sign a multiple year agreement to pay monthly installments its your responsibility to take care of that. In your agreement is a guarantee to move your equipment with you. If they refuse it its grounds to a law suit. So take the appropriate actions for that. Don't go complain about it with out actually logically handling it like an adult. Yes LIKE AN ADULT. I have never had a problem with customer service. Ever. Also if you look on the BBB most all problems have been resolved. They have even gone as far as cancelling contracts with people when it was fair, fully legitimate contracts, cancelled. But if you just decide one day you dont want to pay it. Too bad its a legal agreement. Mormons = Lying bastards??? Ignorant. Purely ignorant. Your a moron for not fully reading your agreements and handling them appropriately. If you can't afford it dont sign it. Also in the setup process they state very clearly what your signing and the cost ON THE PHONE CALL. I would love to see someone justify that to me. I would like to see how the beginning was to all of these stories, WHAT REALLY HAPPENED. Not some chopped and screwed version that has been twisted into some horror story you want everyone to believe. I am proud to be a customer and I am proud to say I have done my research. We moved and they wouldn't move the equipment, didn't want us to move it but wouldn't cancel my contract without me paying a ridiculous sum of money. Upon signing they had told me and my fiance we could cancel at any time, which is completely untrue. They kept taking the money out of my account until I had my bank deny them for fraud. Their customer service is awful. The lady I talked to called me a liar and told me I should be an adult and pay my bills. REALLY? Now I have to try and get rid of the charges before it goes on my credit report. |
